About Us
The Brooklyn Santa event is an organization started by Mark Bradley, founder of A to Z Moving, with the hope of brightening Christmas by helping others in our community. Mark was a man who cared deeply about his family, friends, and neighbors. Sadly, he passed away in 2018, but would be proud to see how we continue to build his legacy by coming together to support Brooklyn neighborhood families who need our help.
Who Do We Help
Again this year we’ll be supporting four local Brooklyn families, identified with the help of a “Christmas-elf-in-residence” at D.A. Grout Elementary School. To fulfill their wish lists, we’ll select a generous donation of Christmas food and gifts, to be wrapped and distributed by our local partner, A to Z Moving.
Christmas Sing-a-Long Fundraiser

Thanks to everyone who participated! Our sing-a-long event featured all of your favorite Christmas songs led by an amazing pianist and played on a beautiful Yamaha piano provided for the event by Classic Pianos. 100% of the proceeds helped us hit our goal of providing food and gifts to families with young children that struggled to afford a Merry Christmas in 2025.
